I have not posted anything for ages and ages, for the prime reason I am really embarrassed by my lack of discipline to "the training programme".
Life seems to have got in the way - christmas, getting sick, exams, moving house. I have a continual internal battle, desperately trying to justify my lack of miles to myself....coughing has really improved my core strength; moving to a 2nd floor flat was like continual lunges all day, skiing is brilliant quad exercise etc etc.
Enough of the excuses and the guilt now...I have been doing a bit of training and am focussed and motivated to embrace this challenge. I want to get fit and do my best so lets see where this goes....
Today though - rest day ;-)
